Are you a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Manager seeking a stable, rewarding career with a

We are a property management company seeking a dedicated Full-Time Property Maintenance Manager to join our team. We
manage a portfolio of 119 high-quality, market-rate apartment units across 13 buildings, all conveniently located
within a 7-minute drive of each other in Augusta and Hallowell, Maine. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional
living experiences for our residents and maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
As our Property Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and
aesthetically pleasing. You’ll be part of a close-knit team and directly contribute to the satisfaction of our
residents.
What You’ll Do
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and
appliance repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal property
performance and minimize disruptions.
- Unit Turnover: Perform necessary repairs and preparations for vacant units, coordinating with subcontracted
cleaning services. You may assist with minor cleaning as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient and effective
solutions.
- Assist with Grounds Maintenance: Support grounds maintenance efforts as needed, coordinating with subcontracted
services.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services, leveraging your
network of trusted local subcontractors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance supplies and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- A good network and relationships with local subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with appliance repair is a plus.
- Clean background check
- On call for emergency services.
